Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Burofolk platform ("Burofolk", the "Service") operated by Calico IIM ("Calico IIM", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Burofolk is a workspace collaboration platform. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts are typically provisioned by your organization, which administers your access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized manner, disrupting its operation, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content.

4. Connected services

You may connect third-party services such as Google. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and you authorize Burofolk to access them on your behalf only to the extent needed for the features you enable. How we handle data from connected services is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you store in Burofolk. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service for you.

6. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calico IIM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means.
